Depends on the ones you use. If you use the ones that last a day and just glue onto the eyelid, then it shouldn’t hurt your untreated lashes.
If you use the eyelash filler-types or lash extensions that go in with your eyelashes and are meant to stay on for a couple of weeks and are usually useful by a professional, it can certainly be very very terrible for your untreated eyelashes.

i have a friend who grew up during time periods where falsies were in hiigh fashion and she has the quandary of poor lashes
they dooo hurt your lashes
its ok to use them sparingly
but dont make it a habit
